Ridanya: Return & Refund Policy
At Ridanya, we are committed to showcasing the absolute best of handcrafted Jaipur craftsmanship. Due to the artisanal, small-batch manufacturing process, we operate a refined and strict policy to maintain exceptional quality for all our patrons.
General Policy: No Standard Returns or Exchanges
Because each Ridanya garment is uniquely handcrafted for a standard fit, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of Mind: Personal preference or "not as expected."
- Incorrect Sizing: We provide a detailed size chart for all products to assist you.
- Natural Variations: Slight differences in color, block print, or weave texture are inherent characteristics of authentic handcrafted fabric and are not considered defects.
Only Exceptions: Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
Ridanya accepts return requests only for confirmed "Default Products" defined strictly as:
- Manufacturing Defects: Proven structural flaws in fabric or stitching that render the product unwearable (e.g., severe misprint, sewing error). This includes severe, verified fabric tears like "Bhat Jana."
- Wrong Product Delivered: Receiving an incorrect item (different design, color, or size than ordered).
- Missing Item: The order arrived incomplete.
Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections (loose thread, natural slub texture) that do not affect the garment's integrity are NOT considered defects.
Mandatory 3-Step Verification Process
A strict verification process is enforced to protect Ridanya and our customers. To initiate a claim for a Default Product, you must:
You must contact Ridanya within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this strict window will be voided.
Required Evidence:
- Order Number.
- Continuous Unboxing Video: A single, continuous video starting from the sealed package, showing the opening, inspection, and the defect, is mandatory. Claims without this will be automatically rejected.
- High-Resolution Photos.
Upon provisional approval, Ridanya will arrange a reverse pickup. You must hand over the product only in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
A final physical inspection will be performed by our team in Jaipur to confirm that the reported issue is a valid defect and that the product is completely unused.
Any product found to be used, washed, or altered after inspection will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Resolution Process
If, and only if, your claim passes the mandatory verification:
- Preferred: We will ship a replacement at no cost to you (stock permitting).
- Secondary: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.
- Last Resort: If neither option is feasible, a refund will be processed (7-10 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
